TERMS & CONDITIONS (USAGE POLICY)

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BIGISO website and cloud-based ISO documentation software (“Platform”). By registering or using BIGISO, you agree to these terms.

1. Definition of Users

  • Admin User: First registered user of the company account. Gets full access.
  • Sub-User: Added by admin. Limited access based on permissions.
  • Consultant/Reviewer: External user with controlled access.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate.
  • You will not share your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity in your account.
  • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • BIGISO may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or illegal activity.

Admin users are responsible for:

  • Creating sub-users.
  • Assigning permissions.
  • Managing access.
  • Monitoring data entered by users in their organization.

3. Usage of the Platform

Users agree NOT to:

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to hack, bypass security, or access other companies' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, duplicate, copy, or replicate BIGISO’s software.
  • Use BIGISO to store illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Misuse the documentation system for fraudulent certification.

BIGISO reserves the right to suspend accounts violating usage rules.

4. Scope of Services

BIGISO provides:

  • ISO documentation management.
  • SOP creation & storage.
  • Audit, risk, internal checklist, NCR, CAPA management.
  • Application forms for certification.
  • Company-wise secure workspace.
  • Role-based access control.
  • Document upload, revision, and storage tools.

Note: BIGISO is NOT a certification body. We assist with documentation, workflow, and communication.

5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

  • Subscription fees must be paid on time for uninterrupted access.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • BIGISO may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional offers.
  • Prices may change with prior notification.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Temporary suspension.
  • Restricted access.
  • Permanent account deletion after 90 days.

6. Data Ownership

  • All data entered by users or uploaded on BIGISO belongs to the company.
  • BIGISO does NOT claim ownership over your content.
  • Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
  • BIGISO provides reasonable backup mechanisms but does not guarantee perfect data restoration.

7. Limitation of Liability

BIGISO is not liable for:

  • Errors or mistakes in user-uploaded data.
  • Loss of business due to incorrect ISO documentation.
  • Decisions made by ISO certification bodies.
  • Downtime caused by server maintenance or third-party issues.
  • Loss of data due to user-side actions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, features, UI designs, logos, and content belong exclusively to BIGISO.
  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of BIGISO.
  • You may not create competing software or derivative products using BIGISO’s system.

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms.
  • Engage in harmful, illegal, or unethical activity.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misuse company or system data.

Users may request account closure via support.

10. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts within the jurisdiction of [Insert State/Jurisdiction].
