This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which users may cancel their subscription and request a refund for services purchased from BIGISO (“we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this policy carefully before subscribing, renewing, or making payments.

1. General Policy

BIGISO is a subscription-based, cloud software service designed for ISO documentation, workflow management, and certification support. Because users receive instant access to digital services, secure cloud storage, templates, and account setup:

  • All payments made to BIGISO are final and non-refundable
  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided

This policy applies to all users, including:

  • Admin users (primary subscribers)
  • Sub-users
  • Consultants
  • Organizations using BIGISO for ISO compliance
  • 2. Free Trial / Demo Accounts

    If a free trial or demo access is offered:

    • Users can test the platform features before purchasing
    • No credit card is required during trial (unless stated)
    • Once a paid plan is activated, no refunds will be issued
    • Users are encouraged to evaluate BIGISO thoroughly during the trial period.

    3. Cancellation of Subscription

    Users may cancel their subscription at any time through:

    Upon cancellation:

    • The account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
    • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund
    • Access to the platform is revoked after the subscription end date
    • Data remains stored for the retention period (see Section 6)

    4. Auto-Renewal Policy

    Subscription plans may be set to automatically renew.

    • By subscribing: You authorize BIGISO to charge your payment method for recurring billing until cancellation.
    • Users may: Turn off auto-renewal at any time or cancel future renewals from their dashboard.
    • Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable.

    5. Duplicate / Accidental Payments

    Refunds may be issued only under the following special scenarios:

    • Duplicate payments due to technical error
    • Accidental double charges by the payment gateway

    Proof of the transaction is required. Such refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

    6. Data Retention After Cancellation

    After subscription expires:

    • Data is stored for 90 days (retention period)
    • Users may download/export their data within this period
    • After 90 days: All data, documents, and account information may be permanently deleted
    • BIGISO is not responsible for data lost after the retention period

    7. Non-Transferability

    • Subscription fees and access rights cannot be transferred to another user
    • Cannot be shifted to another company
    • Cannot be converted into credit for another service

    8. Service Interruption or Downtime

    Because downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party hosting issues:

    • No refunds are issued for temporary service disruptions
    • No refunds for scheduled maintenance windows
    • No guarantees for uninterrupted or error-free service
    • BIGISO ensures reasonable efforts to maintain high uptime.

    9. Misuse, Fraud, and Violation of Terms

    Refunds are NOT issued if the account is suspended due to:

    • Violation of Terms & Conditions
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Misuse of software features
    • Security breach caused by user actions

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy anytime. Changes will be posted on our website and/or user dashboard.
